Review & Description
The only test leads with a manually adjustable tip guard for use in different measurement environments. Simply twist the test lead to change the exposed probe tip length. When guard is retracted, TL175 is safety rated for CAT II 1000 V use; when fully extended, for CAT III 1000 V and CAT IV 600 V. Compatible with all instruments that accept standard 4mm shrouded banana plugs. Features: Patented extendable tip shroud that meets new electrical safety requirements to reduce tip exposure New WearGuard™ lead wire wear indication. Each test lead is covered by two layers of silicone insulation; inner contrasting color is exposed when the leads are nicked, scuffed, or otherwise damaged and in need of replacement Double insulated silicone leads.
